recent work

Ive been also wanting to post the 2 most recent projects I have done in my graphic design class. So here they are:

a few things...

i really want this:

ive never wanted a digital slr before but just being in the art building and always looking at wedding photography and other photography all of the time i really want one of these lately! this one is AMAZING! i am not going to go into business with it, just for a hobby :]

(also for my trip to EUROPE this summer!)

and i would like these:

I have two pairs of Toms buuut they never match anything i wear really and since summer and warmer weather is near (atleast i hope so..still waiting for that warm sun to come out--soo sick of cold weather!) i would like some cute plain ones to wear with everything!! and for my trips to Honduras and Europe!!! :]

home SWEET home!

SO the craziest thing happened today! I found a place to live next year! There are these precious little duplexes on ave f that me and brittany have been thinking we wanted to live in next year and I drive by them almost every single day and today I drove by and there was a FOR RENT SIGN WITH A NUMBER! soo of course I called the number! and the woman that answered was SO NICE and then everything happened so fast some emails were sent and next thing I knew we were at the house looking at it! and we already put in our application and are paying the deposit!!! YAY!!! I was starting to get stressed out about where we were going to live next year and then all of a sudden it happened! God is amazing and I am so blessed and beyond happy that this is all working out! Life right now is so amazing! I am going to Honduras to do amazing mission work in two weeks and then the semester is almost halfway over! so crazy! before I know it it will be summer and study abroad will begin and I am BEYOND excited! life is amazing right now and I thank God sooo much! :]

and of course I must post a picture of these duplexes!! (of course we dont know which one we will live in yet but they are all the same) YAY!

Crazy Love

Soo basically I have been talking with one of my bestest friends Kristyn and I love her so much and we have been having super deep conversations about God latley. Like how God has to be in control of our lives or else nothing will be right in the world. I want so many things in life but i just have to be patient and wait for things to happen the way God wants them to and wait for His perfect and amazing timing, as hard as that may be. God HAS to be the complete center and focus and love of our ENTIRE lives or else we are nothing, we are empty and lost.  Kristyn told me to get this book called Crazy Love by Francis Chan and I did and have been reading it and it is really eye opening and humbling, it says some harsh but true things about living the christian life and what that means and how we should love God 100% and what that truly is. basically that book is sooo good. and everyone should go out and buy it and read it right now!! bonus it was only like $10 on amazon! :] AMAZING! and life changing!

Sing Song is over...

Well after a VERY long week, it is finally, and kind of sadly over. Sing Song was SO MUCH FUN!! I loved it! It was the first time I got to actually be in an act! We only got third place in our category, which i think was wrong but it is all good we had so much fun and that is all that matters!
Unfortunatley now I will not be as busy and I have to get back to actually doing my homework. So lame.
